The human race has been providing cheap products due to industrial evolution and the development of machine technology, destroying nature by pursuing only convenience, degrading our living environment, mixing artificial dissonances, noise, and electromagnetic waves at particle level. They are all lowering the power of nature.
Gautama Buddha said that elementary particles are the root of all things in nature, by Ku, 2,500 years ago. They are invisible and untouchable, they cannot do anything but they exist imperatively, always alive and working. He noted the magnitude of natural invisible power, the way to achieve enlightenment on the basis of its power, and the splendor of reaching enlightenment using many terms in the Sutras.
Humans established numbers, developed science and technology, started the industrial revolution at the end of 18th century, and provided cheap products by ignoring the invisible natural power which had evolved and grown over 13.7 billion years. Can we say we are still living a wealthy life?
